Living in a urban jungle

 

Freelance journalist Nina Bogosavac interviewed urban inhabitants in their twenties an thirties who turned their homes into Urban Jungles. I shared my vision as a trend researcher with her, because why are more and more people surrounding themselves with plants in their homes? Nowadays, our living environment has turned into a landscape of (virtual) stimulus. Our brain is constantly overloaded by information. Stillness and visual silence are becoming scarce. Plants are helping us to disconnect from the daily buzz and to slow down the fast paced city life.
